I don’t understand how coaches like him could be hired at a program with such pedigree. He is way out of his league and has little to no tactical knowledge at his disposal. Reliance on competent assistant coaches with regards to soccer tactics is crucial. He is a great, honest guy but not someone who should be leading a program. Was not the top person for the job and certainly has rode the coat tails of the previous coach as long as he could.
