Coach Johnson lacks clear communication skills, leaving players confused and unsure of their roles and responsibilities. He fails to provide constructive feedback, instead relying on criticism and blame. He displays favoritism, giving unfair advantages to certain players while ignoring others. Coach Johnson creates a negative team culture, fostering an environment of fear, intimidation, and low morale. Coach has poor organizational skills and mismanagement which leads him to over promise scholarships to other girls. If you're a high school player or transfer stay as far away from him as you can.
