Coach Sydney tries his hardest to be a good coach, but consistently falls short. The team environment is awful, and he lets his captains run the show which ultimately causes issues. There is no variety in the types of drills at practice, and feedback is non-existent if you are not a favorite. While he tries to make the environment better by having team bonding, he does not directly address issues. Overall he just lacks communication, which causes his coaching style to fall short of being good.
