Coach Peters is generally disorganized, in the spring she often comes with no practice plan, in the fall we do the same/similar drills every practice. We don't specifically target places we need to improve because she doesn't explain her expectations before practice or any of the drills we do. She subs very little in games, despite players being exhausted from playing entire games so they can't give their best play. When asked about what we can do to get in games her answer is usually to up your speed, stamina, and agility. She expects players to run before/after practice and on game days if not played, which isn't wrong except that when athletes do that they still aren't played despite their improvement. She doesn't aim to develop her players, just to use where our skills are at currently. There are transfers out of every class every year. She holds end of season meetings in the fall and spring but has not shown any effort to take accountability or make improvements based on team feedback. Because of these issues the team culture is not good, it's cliquey with a lack of equal respect at the very least. She does not seem like she wants to be a coach, it's expected that we coach ourselves.
