Here's the thing, our team culture at Amherst and our self motivation to be the best is what drove us to the top. Nichols gave us the tools we needed to be successful but that's pretty much it. He can bump some pretty cool music and wears some fly socks though so I can't fault him too much. Great guy overall but I think he needs to engage more.
