Doesn't care about development of players or team development. Players are not evaluated on performance but instead solely on if your the coach's "guy". The coach has implemented a system where the JV squad only practices 3 days a week at the most and even then it's sketchy. The coach has publicly reprimanded players for speaking about him outside of practice time when it was passed to him that another coach heard players discussing team related material. The coach rarely, if ever, interacts with players to provide development suggestions or encouragement. If you're a player considering playing or a parent with a son considering playing for him I'd suggest that you consider your options carefully and be wary of the sales pitch.
