Natalia Rivas-Foster openly blames sexual assault victims for their rapes. She also supports Chris Layne who sexually exploits his runners by spreading rumors and encouraging bullying. They both have driven people to suicide at Milligan University. They get their National Championships…but at what cost? If you are one of the slower runners you ARE their target. Only go to Milligan for XCTF if you are getting a full ride and are one of the best. You will be treated very well if you’re the team star.
