Intense Direct Knows The Game Old School Mentality
Mark Heard knows what he is talking about when it comes to the events he coaches. However, if he does not seem to see progress immediately he tends to go to “degrade to motivate” coaching style. Tears athletes down and tends to laugh about it. If he’s not in a good mood practice will not be enjoyable.
