I’ve been on the team for 3 years now and plan to take a 5th year. Coach weaver is a great guy, and an even better coach. He’ll be the first one there for you when things don’t go as planned and be the first one to shout you out when things go your way. Super personalized training plans. Weekly mileage charts come out every Sunday night. He’s young and fun to be around, likes to play little jokes on us here and there. He does a great job with inspirational and motivational pieces.
