I have only had good experiences with Gail, but I know others have had their share of lesser experiences. I think Gail is a kind person but sometimes fails to see things in a more modern light which can reflect poorly on the audience (young college students) she is trying to reach. I know she cares a lot about her job and this is evident in her continuous support and attendance at sports games and sports events.
