Many members of staff are wishing to leave because of him but are scared to speak out because of his threats. Disgusting human being and the worst leader of this once proud University.

My son had a terrible experience at LA Tech as an athlete due to his experience with this athletic director. I am a proud parent of an openly gay student-athlete and was very upset to hear that his coach at LA Tech was put under intense pressure from Eric Wood not to recruit my son because he was gay. The coach refused to submit to the pressure and recruited my son anyway, despite being told his job would be on the line as a result. After attending LA Tech Eric Wood was very cold and rude to my son whenever he was in his company and I understand the coach was eventually forced out by Eric Wood. It is shocking that LA Tech would allow this to happen.
