100% has favorites. Even if you work 24/7 to better yourself, you will never be good in his eyes if you’re not a starter. He has unprofessional relationships with players to the point where it’s uncomfortable for other players. Does the same drills every practice no matter how bad the performance is. There is an assistant coach who he never listens to or takes advice from. Cares more about winning than the mental health of the players. If you’re having a bad day, you might as well not even show up to practice because he will make you feel completely worthless. If you get hurt in a game, you better kiss your playing time goodbye because he will forget about you. He tells you what you want to hear, not what you need to hear.

I am transferring due to academic and team related issues.
