Very laid back persona, but expects the best from his athletes. However, he is not very accessible; to reach him best do so by phone (calls over text). I felt at times he told players what they wanted to hear in some situations rather than the truth, which can be a good or bad thing depending on the context. Overall, not a bad coach.
