Intense Old School Mentality
My experience was awful. Coach Paul went out of her way to degrade and belittle players. She also would use players against each other, which caused constant drama. Was a very toxic environment to be in. She also would drank vodka in a water bottle during games and was a mean drunk. I hope by sharing this experience will save somebody from this mentally abusive program.
