He is a very knowledgeable coach with high standards and expectations of his athletes. Easy to get along with and wants to have a good relationship with all of his players. If you need anything he will help you with it or find a person that can help you. The mental health of his players is a high priority, so if needed you can go to him, ask for help, and even have a mental health day to reset and recharge. He is pretty flexible with different work and class schedules. I highly recommend having him as a coach if you want to improve as a player and have a good college experience.
