Coach Rau is the worst coach I've ever had. She does not help players reach their full potential, and she will often give up on the team when she feels frustrated. She is unapproachable when players have a problem, and she is dishonest when it comes to playing time. I would not recommend playing for Rau if you want enjoy playing volleyball.
