Disorganized Poor Communication
He does not care about his team. He does nothing for us. Half the time he doesn’t even want to be there. He tells us one thing and when we do that he yells at us and tells us to do it another way. He is degrading. He says inappropriate things to us. He has no idea what he is doing and freaks under pressure. Our assistant coach is more of a coach then him. He goes to her for all the advice. Seamus should not be coaching Womens soccer. He does not know how too.
