Harvard Football Head Coach, Tim Murphy, Passes on some Advice

Tim Murphy has been the head coach for Harvard University for the last 26 years. He has run up an impressive record, as he is the program's all-time winningest coach and has had more wins than any prior coaches except one. In addition to coaching at Harvard, Murphy has coached at colleges such as Boston University, , the , the , and . He began his coaching career in 1979, promptly post-graduation from college, and has extensive experience both as a head and assistant coach. Here are a few more of Coach Murphy's accolades:

  • His Harvard teams have captured nine Ivy League championships, 1997, 2001, '04, '07, '08, '11, '13, '14, '15
  • First Harvard coach since to lead the Harvard team to three unbeaten, un-tied seasons, 2001, '04, '14
