The Endicott College program has had seven winning seasons, captured two New England Football Conference (NEFC) championships, and made two appearances in the NCAA Tournament in 2010 and 2013. The Gulls also won two Eastern Athletic Conference (ECAC) North Bowl games back in 2011 and 2012.

Before coaching at , DeWall was the offensive coordinator at his alma mater (Hobart College) for the past 15 years.

Character, competitiveness, and athletic potential.

End of Junior or early of Junior year (via email).

2aDays: What are your expectations for incoming players in the classroom, in the weight room, and on the field?

Maximum effort and commitment to their , athletic development, and social influence.

2aDays: What are the do's and don'ts of being recruited?

Be honest.

2aDays: What is the best advice you can offer a recruit?

Choose a school that is excited about you and keep an open mind to all colleges you are considering.

2aDays: What really jumps out to you when reviewing a recruit's highlight tape?

Athletic potential, explosiveness, and where they would fit into our schemes.

2aDays: What are the main do's and don'ts for a recruit's highlight tape?

Show as much versatility as possible.

2aDays: When do you recommend recruits put together and share their highlight reels? Is it best to make their highlight reel during the offseason, in the middle of season, or after each game?

End of Junior season, middle of their Senior season, and end of their Senior season.

2aDays: What advice do you have for recruits who get turned down by their dream schools? What are their options if they don't gain the attention they desire?

There are plenty of good colleges and football programs out there, and in many cases, they are better options for your overall success as a student-athlete. Keep all options open to see where is your best fit.

2aDays: How big a factor is when recruiting players? What advice do you have for athletes regarding social media?

A: We look at as many factors as possible when evaluating potential recruits, including social media. It's easy to stop recruiting a young man based on their social media how they portray themselves.
