Has no original philosophy and only goes off whatever trendy thing is on Twitter. Acts all professional and phony but then talks smack about a player to his teammates behind his back and sends snapchats to people during practice. Attempts to teach his pitchers to be "high level throwers" by showing Aroldis Chapman breakdown videos, instead of being a pitching coach. Especially at the Division 2 level you have to preach tangible things that get you results on the field, not mimic whatever trendy Driveline thing is on twitter. The performance of his staffs speaks for itself. If you want a middle of the pack "throwing coach" he is your guy. As long as the ego is validated it doesn't matter what happens in the game, your Driveline weighted ball velocity is what counts. "Let it Hang" (like a penis hanging out of pants) that is his signature catchphrase
