Average knowledge of defensive strategies; poor knowledge of offensive strategies. Adequate for D-2 competition but extremely lacking for D-1. Poor player development. Deficient in his knowledge of which skill set are needed to play certain positions. As a result, there is an inability to match players and aptitudes to their best position and consequently, the team to their best formation. Poor player management. Plays his favorite players; not his best players. Alienates and blames players for his lack of offensive tactics. Cannot deal with players on a one-on-one basis. Uses his favorite players to distribute punishments which causes players resentment towards each other when players are pitted against each other. Terrible for team cohesiveness.
