Jordan is a very intense coach and will push you to your best ability. She doesn't have much sympathy or tolerance for injuries or other excuses. She looks for players who are scrappy and will make huge hustle plays, but also has her favorites but that is usually seen in any coaching staff

Very professional. Very personable and understanding and will help you in every way she possibly can on and off the field. On the field she is very intense and does not want to be your friend, only your coach. Off of the field she is really cool and is an amazing woman.

I was very lucky that Jordan and her coaching staff came in for my junior and senior year. Not only was she knowledgeable about what it took to win/make you a successful player but was a very personable person. Jordan helped me overcome something very personal during my junior year and honestly I couldn't have gotten through it without her.
