Intense Disorganized Old School Mentality Passionate About Coaching Poor Communication
I played on this team for 4 years, and those are 4 years I won’t get back. Brad loves to win, which I guess can be good. However, he’s coached this program for more than 20 years, and we’ve never been close to winning Big West championships, let alone NCAA. Brad will overplay the starting lineup, berating them when they mess up and grind them to a pulp. The bench is shallow, too with other players getting little to no playing time. It shocks me that he is still the head coach here, especially after all of the complaints my teammates have sent in about him.
