By far the smartest and nicest coach I've ever had. He's good at motivating his players (We made it to the Elite 8 this year) and takes the time to really work with each player so they can continue to grow everyday as a athlete and also as a person. He encourages a positive environment but keeps his standards high. I put intensity at a 3 because he does not yell or punish a player but instead it's the idea to make a new mistake and focus on the future.

Coach Neely is a great coach. He is clear with his expectations and is very understanding with the players. He really wants everyone to do well and improve as the season progresses. It is clear that he believes in all of the players on the team and pushes them to succeed.

He is also a very committed coach who encourages the team to strive for excellence and get better every day. He has high expectations of the team and as such, provides challenging practices and opportunities for each of us to improve. He truly cares about the satisfaction of each player and how that plays into the team dynamic.
