Paula is definitely knowledgeable about soccer. She motivates and disciplines, provides good feedback, and is most often direct with the players. A negative though, however, is that she definitely has favorites. I wouldn't go as far to say that she directly shows favoritism, but I definitely felt some players got more attention than others.
