Cares About Academics Fitness Is Important Old School Mentality
Bobby is a great person outside of soccer. He cares about and loves what he does. But he’s an old school coach. His playing style hasn’t changed and therefore doesn’t fully show the potential of the teams he puts together. He cares about his starting players. He plays the same way he’s been playing for however long he’s been coaching at csusm. “You’re doing everything right” is his favorite answer to when players ask for advice on how to get playing time.
