She is very nice. I feel like she could be more direct about where a player stands in terms of playing time.

Eva cares a lot about her players and is working on pushing the program to the next level.
Eva cares about her players on and off the field, from taking care of our bodies to excelling in the classroom. She has transparent communication with players and is equally invested in our success as a soccer team and our team culture.

She knows a lot about the game and is very invested in the team.
I don’t think she communicated or checked in with her players enough in terms of making sure they are staying on track of their academic, athletic, and social lives.

Eva was a great soccer player, and a great source of knowledge but she lacks in the areas of team cohesion and player clarity. I also feel like I plateaued as a player, any improvements I made were based off my own external work.

Did not feel that she helped me become the best player I could be. Bad communication skills. Did not reward hard work and desire to learn.
