Jason is a talented coach who wants the best for all his athletes. He pushes each of his athletes to be their best and expects commitment in return. This is not to say that he is not understanding about academic commitments, in fact, he is very accommodating. He is also one of the most positive people you will ever meet. Most importantly, he is not afraid to acknowledge that he doesn't know everything and works with athletes to make them better rather just tell them what he thinks is best.
