Created an environment where the top 4-5 athletes were put on a pedestal and the others didn’t matter. Had to raise money every year. The top athletes got top of the line gear and the rest got a t-shirt from the previous year. The environment was not one that I would recommend.

Lied about many things during initial meeting. Most importantly told me he cared about recovery, nutrition, and emotional well-being. He threatens his runners to run on broken feet, starves them, and exploits their weaknesses for the upper hand. Do not mess with this man if you value your life.
