The team went from 50+ rowers my freshman year to barely enough to compete at Patriots by my senior year. Patrick does not have adequate knowledge of the sport or coaching skills in general. Most of the people who continue are novices who have not experienced rowing in any other form and don't see that he is not coaching effectively.
