Cool Direct Intense
Kim's been out from injury for a bit, but overall she is an amazing improvement and what the SMU Rowing team needed. She's intense and expects a lot, but she usually knows what she's doing and has big plans for the team. The girls like her and her training program. Her assistant coaches are competent and useful, but don't like advice much at all.
