Great knowledge and has a burning passion for this game. If he sees potential in you he will work very hard with you, if not you may not exist to him. Finally I felt he had trouble communicating with his players, the TBC (Triton Baseball Council) hindered him from connecting and being more personal with all his players instead of just the TBC

Great coach who loves the game and wants to see his players succeed not only on the field but off the field. Really good job at developing players and growing yourself as a person.
