Assistant coach Ross Macklin joined the coaching staff right before the 2014 season. Macklin helped Vassar get to the Liberty League Championship final four times; he won the Liberty League Championship twice and went to the NCAA Tournament three times. While coach Macklin was acting as the assistant coach, the Vassar men's soccer program is 56-26-12. Tyler Gilmore is a former player of Macklin; he talks about the best advice he has gotten from the coach, what he learned, and the effect that the coach has had on him.
