The Best Workout Playlist: 23 Songs with Something for Everyone

Besides a foam roller, protein shakes, and a quick nap, music is an athlete’s best friend. Before the start of every game/match/meet, you can usually look out and see players warming up with headphones to get them in the right mindset.

Everyone’s music taste is different, so while one person might listen to Drake, Meek Mill, and Juice WRLD to psych themselves up, another might enjoy the classics like AC/DC, Queen, and Nirvana.

I’ve gathered 23 songs that, no matter your preference, anyone can hit “shuffle,” put their headphones on, and get in the zone.
