Largeteau is in her eighth as head coach for College Women's and even had the pleasure of coaching our very own CEO, Keirsten Sires! Lacey has achieved a 53-53-10 overall record in her time as head coach at Skidmore and has led the team to two appearances in the NCAA tournament. Lacey discusses the importance of being creative with recruiting during the coronavirus pandemic, what she looks for in a Skidmore recruit, some red flags in potential recruits, and the challenges of adjusting to out of high school.
