Coach Jonathan Garbar is the fourth head coach in Franklin Pierce's program history. In 2018, Garbar led Franklin Pierce to a league-record eighth Northeast-10 Conference title, its first since 2006, with a 3-0 win over Assumption. Again in 2018, Garbar's team reached a high ranking position at No. 7. The United Soccer Coaches poll ranked the Raven's No. 20 in the nation.
Before Garbar coached at Franklin Pierce he was a coach for five seasons at the junior college level at Monroe College in New York. A few of Garbar's highlights while at Monroe are:
- National title in 2014
- National semifinal appearance in 2015
- Back-to-back-to-back district and regional titles in 2013, 2014, and 2015
- 2014 Championship earned him National Coach of the Year honors from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America
