College Football Player, Nigel Knott, Gives Advice to High School Athletes

Nigel Knott was a defensive back for University of Alabama, and then later transferred to East Carolina University. In this short interview during his sophomore year, Nigel offers advice to high school athletes hoping to get recruited to play in college. Below are his 4 bits of wisdom that will help athletes choose a school and know what to expect:

No matter what anyone tells you, just stay focused and keep going
Spend as much time as you can getting to know the players and coaches of the team you want to play for so you know what to expect
High level coaches expect your best work every time, so give it to them
Nigel's favorite advice from a former teammate's dad: “the man who wins is most likely the man who thinks he can”
