As is becoming more prevalent, many coaches are using social media platforms to get a more complete idea of what kind of athletes they're . Once you commit to a college team, your social media not only represents you, but the team, program, and entire school, so make sure it's a good representation. 

In this video, Keirsten Sires, CEO and founder of 2aDays, reiterates comments from coaches across the country about social media and how it impacts the recruiting process. Pretty unanimously, these coaches said that they do check your social media accounts, so before you post anything, ask yourself whether that post could lose you a scholarship or a spot on your dream team, and if it's worth it.
