The state of the art boathouse is located on Clemson's campus's western edge. It overlooks beautiful Lake Hartwell. You walk to the secluded lying wooded area on the shore of one of the Southeast's largest lakes. Lake Hartwell has 56,000 acres of water and 960 miles of shoreline. Not a bad place for the Clemson rowers to be competing on.

The new training facility is considered to be one of the best facilities in the ACC and the South Region. It boasts an 11,500 square foot facility houses an expanded locker room, a team meeting room, an athlete lounge that is a dream, a kitchen, and coaches' offices.

Lake Hartwell facilitates fully buoyed, six-lane 2000m racecourse is a crew athlete's dream. The entire course is visible from the boathouse.
