Jake Kradel is an offensive lineman for the University of Pittsburgh Division I football team. In his 3rd year as a starter, Jake has shown his importance on an offensive line that's protecting one of the best quarterbacks in the ACC. Jake has helped lead Pitt to an astounding 6-2 record to start the season. Jake has been a Pittsburgh fan his whole life, growing up just north of the school in Butler, PA. In the summer, he enjoys boating on the Allegheny river and spending time with friends and family. His goal is to make it to the NFL, and once he retires, he wants to move to Florida. Aside from football, he is majoring in finance with a minor in economics. Jake exemplifies the duality of what a student-athlete should be, and he fully understands the importance of maintaining academic success along with success on the field.
