I've never been a big reader, but I could always motivate myself to learn if I knew the information would make me a better athlete and help my team in the long run. Throughout my college years, I've been introduced to several books that have helped shape who I am as a person and a teammate. I've included five of these books below with the hope that you will enjoy and benefit from them as much as I have!
